Refund

Our refund policy is applicable for the below cases.

  • Product not delivered

  • Mismatch of the delivered product with the description on the website

However, we do not guarantee refunds for cases where:

  • Flowers, cakes or other gift products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender

  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery

  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product

  • Cancellation/modification requests to a Domestic order made less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery
